Adult's morning classes schedule change in Summer due to our Children's summer camp programs

Only afternoon sessions are offered in June & July.  Adult registration is per month

Supplies are not included and pre-registration is required.

Small groups - space is limited. Each class is $75

No walks in without prior registration

available from 4:30 to 7:30pm in JUNE

on June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th

SUPPLIES NOT INCLUDED. All classes are pre-paid

Supplies for regular painting class:

- three stretched canvas minimum size 12" x 16"

-set of brushes (at least 10 brushes in many sizes)

- set of 6 acrylic paint in tubes with the basic colors

-set of 6 water mixable oils paint with basic colors

-one small bottle of liquin (better if Winsor & Newton brand)

-one modeling paste jar (better if it is GOLDEN brand)

one bottle of turpenoid  to clean brushes if using oil 

-one disposable paper palette block

-apron

MIXED MEDIA ART WORKSHOP  at Wynwood

In any mixed media artwork, different mediums and materials are employed. 

You will discover the art of collage and assemblage with the french artist Benedicte

Collage is a 2 D artwork including all kinds of paper such as photographs, magazines, newspaper, old paper etc as well as fabrics. Any painting or drawing material can be incorporated into mixed media: charcoal, pastels, acrylic/oil paint, watercolor, ink etc.

It will be the occasion to learn how to create monotypes, how to transfer a photo and how to work with cold wax.

Assemblage is a 3D construction combining any kind of found objects. Instructor Benedicte Blanc-Fontenille
